Terms and conditions

The service

HOMORA helps you plan, build, buy, renovate and look after a home: the home journey, budget and financing, documents, site, maintenance, energy, garden, smart home and an AI assistant. The service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price and conditions before you pay, and you will have your legal consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18.
  • Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done from your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see Deleting your account).

What you upload

  • Your data and files stay yours; you only give us the right to store and process them to provide the service.
  • Upload only documents you may use and, when they contain other people’s data, only what is needed.
  • Do not use HOMORA for unlawful content, to access other people’s homes without an invitation, or to upload harmful software.

The home team

You decide whom you invite and what they may do. What a member adds to your home stays in its history, even if the member leaves.

Information, calculations and AI

  • The AI assistant and document reading are automatic and can be wrong; check important information.
  • Cost, loan, consumption and heat pump sizing estimates are indicative. Bank offers shown are public examples with their source and check date, not offers from us.
  • Legal summaries (for example Legea 169/2026, the I7 standard) are for information and do not replace a specialist’s advice or the official text.
  • For gas, electrical or structural work, use authorised professionals.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but interruptions can happen. We are liable for damage caused by our fault within the limits of the law; nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights.

Changes

If we change these terms, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before; if you disagree, you can close your account.

Law and complaints

Romanian law applies. For complaints write to office@homora.ro; you may also use ANPC — Soluționarea alternativă a litigiilor (SAL) (https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro) or the courts where you live.
