Deleting your account
How to delete your HOMORA account and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Web: My account → Account deletion → type DELETE and confirm.
- Phone: Account tab → Account deletion.
- Or write to office@homora.ro from the account’s address.
What happens
- At once: the account is blocked; you can no longer sign in and your homes are no longer accessible to anyone.
- Within 30 days you can change your mind by writing to us; after that deletion cannot be undone.
- After 30 days: uploaded files (documents, photos) are deleted, and personal data (name, email, phone, address, income, notes and texts, document details) is irreversibly anonymised.
- Only records with no personal data remain, so the technical history of a build does not break for the home’s other members; if we take payments, accounting documents are kept as long as the law requires.
